The other is nagency recruiting so corporate recruiting is this it s where your nin house. You actually work for a corporation..
Let s say. It s coca cola you nliterally work for coca cola as a full time employee. And all you do is nrecruit. Coca.
Cola employees you get paid a salary. It s probably like 60 grand and nmaybe you get. Commissioner bonus every time you hire a full time employee for ncoke so that s a corporate recruiter. What is an agency recruiting situation nlook like so recruiting agencies are groups usually of people you know let s njust.
Say like 3 4. 5. 10. Sometimes 50 or a couple thousand people that run a nfull scale recruiting operation.
Where they strictly do recruiting for ncompanies like larger companies. Like coca cola..
So they supplement recruiting noperations. What i do and what i advocate for is starting your own recruiting nagency. But on a micro scale. So you want to make a shit ton of money you want to ndo a ton of revenue.
But the thing is you don t want to work for anyone in a ncorporate status. And you don t want to work for a recruiting agency. So like you ndon t want to come work for me right and i don t want to go work for any other nagency. I m gonna work for myself so understand the distinction nthere s corporate recruiting agency recruiting and then there s people who nare doing shit on their own.
It s just like if you worked as a sales. Associate. Nat nordstrom. But instead of doing that you started your own shopify store and nyou were selling clothing that you found somewhere and procured yourself.

A agency. That is your own recruiting agency. Where you get nyour own clients your own candidates and you staff for your clients. Specifically nyou take 100 percent of the profit.
So the main takeaway of the video is you nknow starting your own recruiting agency. Means that you take 100 percent of every nsingle dollar that comes in revenue wise for the agency and that s huge obviously nconsidering the fact that you re not paying you know your agency or you re nnot just getting paid a measly salary by your your corporate job. Because that s njust. Another corporate job that s slavery and it s not gonna take you nanywhere.
The other thing about starting your own recruiting agency and getting nin business for yourself is that it s an extremely scalable so no job is scalable nand. I think i mentioned this in a few videos before but it s worth repeating nagain. No job is ever gonna get you rich it s not scalable. So i could talk to a nclient in fact.

Month there s another client that i m nbilling 15000. Out in early december. So okay so we re talking about thirty five nthousand right. There that s on top of another ten thousand that i did with nanother client earlier in september.
That s that s just scalability like nthose are clients that i took on because i decided i wanted to work with them and ni could take on their their their candidacies and fill their positions you ncan t just do that if you re in a corporate job nyou can t just work on something and say i m gonna 10x this right now and i m ngonna make a hundred grand it doesn t work like that you don t have those nopportunities. When you re in business for yourself you can scale things to a npoint where you can t in corporate america. So anyways make the distinction nunderstand that starting your own recruiting agency. Means that you are nscalable you re taking the home 100 of every revenue ncomes in and it s the way recruiting.
